This is the same list identified in August of 2011 as an unofficial, preliminary list. An email communication from Martin Weichselgartner of Zierer to a CARES member organization authorizes the use of this list, with its extended 12-year NDT cycles: "Pls. see attached the e-mail from August 5, 2010 were we state that the TÜV in Germany has elongated the time code on the NDT Test recommendation. The Y12 is valid. We just simply hadn´t time yet to distribute this revision to all of our Wave Swinger Customers. It is scheduled to distribute this to our customers in Sommer 2012."
